Refund and Returns Policy

At Lahfaa Perfumes, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important Note:
All product ingredients are clearly listed on each product page. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy:

  1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Returns requested after 10 days will not be accepted.

  1. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If a refund falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

  1. Non-Returnable Conditions

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Perfumes that are damaged or broken.

Perfumes where more than 15ml has been used.

Products with damaged or missing boxes/packaging.

  1. Delivery Costs

Customers are responsible for all delivery and shipping charges related to returns.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  1. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.

Products must be ,at on its original packaging.
